Soybean oil, capsule shell: gelatin, Chinese wolfberry fruit extract, humectant: glycerin, kudzu root extract, sea buckthorn fruit extract, water, marigold flower extract, ginseng root extract, chlorella pyrenoidosa, pumpkin seed oil, glazing agent: Beeswax, ginkgo tree leaf extract, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), color: caramel.

Directions for use: 

Adults: 3 capsules daily.

We recommend taking a one-week break after each three-week use. Throughout the period of use, it is recommended to increase fluid intake.
