ORGANIC SEA BERRY POWDER - powder - 100g 

Food supplement from sea buckthorn is one of the most important natural sources of vitamin C, B1, B2, B3, B6 and vitamins (folic acid B9), as well as bioflavonoids, coumarins and serotonin. Sea buckthorn also has 15 types of minerals such as iron, potassium, manganese, sulfur, boron, copper, nickel and calcium. Has a positive effect on inhibition of mucosal congestion, respiratory system, central nervous system, is effective as an antidepressant and has a significant antitumor effect.

Consumption recommendation: 

Drink 30 minutes before meal or 2 hours after meal with 200ml of cold or lukewarm water, not above 45°C.

Adult: 2 level teaspoons 2x daily.

Junior: 1 level teaspoon 2x daily.

We recommend taking a one-week break after each three-week use. During the whole period of use it is recommended to increase fluid intake.
